What are the requirements to become an approved vendor?

To become an approved vendor, you must complete the vendor qualification survey, provide valid business documentation, create a professional shop profile with quality product listings, and maintain high customer service standards. Our team reviews all applications within 24-36 hours.

How do I add and manage my product listings?

As a vendor, you can add products through your vendor dashboard. Include high-quality images, detailed descriptions, accurate pricing, and proper categorization. You can manage inventory, update product information, and track performance metrics from your vendor panel.

How and when do I receive payments for my sales?

Vendors receive payments for completed orders through our secure payment system. Payments are processed weekly and transferred to your registered bank account or mobile money. You can track all transactions and earnings in your vendor dashboard.

What are the commission fees for selling on the platform?

Our commission structure varies by product category and is clearly outlined in your vendor agreement. Standard commission rates range from 5-15% per successful sale. There are no listing fees, and you only pay commission on completed transactions.

How do I handle customer orders and inquiries?

You can manage all customer orders through your vendor dashboard. Respond to inquiries promptly using our messaging system, update order statuses, and provide excellent customer service. Our system notifies you of new orders and customer messages in real-time.

Why are only free plans available during testing?

We're currently in a 1-year market testing period to gather feedback and optimize our platform. During this time, all vendors start with the free Starter plan. This allows us to test features with real users while keeping costs minimal for our testing partners.

When will paid plans become available?

Our Professional and Enterprise plans will be launched after the market testing period concludes. You'll be notified via email and through your dashboard when paid plans become available. Early testers may receive special pricing!

What happens if I exceed my free plan limits?

You'll receive notifications when approaching your limits (150 products or 15 orders/month). During the testing period, we may temporarily extend limits or provide alternative solutions. Our goal is to support your testing experience without interruptions.

Can I cancel my free testing account anytime?

Absolutely! The free Starter plan has no commitments or cancellation fees. You can delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. However, we hope you'll stay and help us improve the platform during testing!
